Profile: Estrogen Receptor Binding Affinity Computation Program
Purpose: Stand-alone neural network-based program to compute the estrogen receptor binding affinity (RBA), relative to that of 17beta-estradiol (E2), of organic chemicals to mammalian cell homogenates at 0-4 ºC.
Computation Input: All what is required as input is the SMILES string of the compound.
Algorithm: Proprietary probabilistic neural network algorithm.
Computation Speed: Results are available within seconds.
Computation Output: The computed estrogen receptor binding affinity (RBA). All values are relative to 17beta-estradiol (E2), set to 100% (logRBA = 2.00)
